Our newest glamping option, the Mattole Yurt and the Trinity Yurt, are tucked into the upper meadow with a private grassy area for lounging under the pines near the nature trail. The two yurts share a common covered outdoor kitchen, firepit, and access along a wooded path to bathrooms and private shower exclusive to the yurt and Barn guests. Each yurt has its own private picnic table. Inside each yurt guests have a fully furnished queen bed along with lounge chairs and table inside outfitted with electric plugins, heat and fan cooling, and a view of the night skies through the domed top.
The camp deli/store also offers espresso drinks, baked goods, and sandwiches for sale. Guests have a short walk to the beaches along the South Fork American River. Guests have access to free wifi near the eating/dining area at the deli/store.
Occupancy: 1-2 per yurt
Nightly rate: $190 per night per yurt or $360 per night for both yurts + private kitchen
Two-night minimum stay is required.
There is a 10% lodging tax added to all cabins as well as a nonrefundable $20.00 reservation fee.
All guests have access to the extensive riverfront along the banks of the South Fork American River. There are numerous beach access points, little coves, hidden fishing spots, and places to explore.
Advanced reservations are highly recommended.
